• • • • Hardware and software fees associated with the repair of the computer is excluded.
      • 6 month minimum for all new memberships
        • A cancellation fee will be enforced for remainder of contract period.
      • Offer only applies to residential customers
      • We must be notified by phone for cancellation requests
      • Onsite services only available in the event that we were not able to resolve the issue remotely.
      • Onsite services only application to the island of Oahu.
      • Carry-In service only for the following services: Data Recovery, O/S Reload, Advanced Hardware Diagnostics
      • Membership is non-transferrable if the computer is sold or given to another party.
      • There is a one time startup fee of $99.95.
