Backblaze Subscription

This guide will help walk you through adding your payment information to Backblaze so you can continue backing up your computer to the cloud.

You may receive one or two warnings. One may come in the form of an email and the other may be from the Backblaze backup application. You will not be able to complete this transition until you receive one of these warnings.

If you have not received either warnings, it is because Cowabunga has not started transitioning your account. We are working through our customer list alphabetically and you will receive your email soon.

Upon clicking on either of the links, you will be presented with a login page. The email that you put in will be the one that you gave us when you signed up for our residential maintenance plan.

The next page will require a password. Please note we do not have this password on file. You will have to use the reset password link to reset your password.

Once your password has been reset, you will be able to login and update your payment information.

When completed, you will now be billed directly by Backblaze for your cloud backup service. Please be sure to note your password for safe keeping. Cowabunga Computers will need this password if you require assistance with restoring your files from the cloud.
