• Alert monitoring: we will have a special e-mail account at Cowabunga! Computers to receive the alerts from your firewall and each alert will be investigated by our staff. You will be promptly notified if we determine that someone is trying to break in.
• Quarterly vulnerability scans: each firewall will be scanned on a quarterly basis to insure that they are properly secured. A report will be generated and sent to you. You can also ask for one scan on demand (one business day response) at anytime during the year.
• Remote managed service: your SonicWALL will be configured for remote management and monitoring so there is no disruption at your site. Software updates are included for as long as your firewall is managed by Cowabunga! Computers Policy changes (e.g. content filter rules, anti-virus rules, and firewall rules) can be made at no charge (one business day response). Emergency policy changes done remotely for a nominal fee ($25.00, 1 business hour response).
• Discount: you get discounts on SonicWALL anti-virus, content filter, and authentication services.
• VPN set up: for a nominal fee, we can set up VPN tunnels for you ($25.00 per tunnel, SonicWALL to SonicWALL, non-SonicWALL products at reduced fee).
• On-site service: during the contract, we will provide on-site maintenance for the SonicWALL (8x5) at no fee during contract.
• Optional ownership: At the end of the contract, you can keep the appliance for a small fee.
