Position: System Administrators
Details: Pay starts at 15/hour, depending on experience.
Details: Aggressive growing company needs individuals with a strong background in network and system administration support. Incredible go for it attitude and documentation skills required. Daily responsibilities will consist of hardware/software support, including delivery and setup of various hardware components.
Qualifications: Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization.
Must be able to prepare weekly progress reports for internal and external customers.
Must be able to work in a corporate environment.
Have to be able to speak normal English and not geek or nerd or dork. Be able to grasp the highest knowledge of servers and routers and speak in a clear concise "normal" way.
A minimum of 5+ years experience in desktop support or BS/BA required. If not, please don't bother us. Bonus points if you have Cisco knowledge.
It goes without saying tech support over phone or in person is experienced. Conflict resolution is a MUST.
All applicants must be familiar with routers and hubs, as well as having basic knowledge of server OS support.
Knowledge of imaging software, OS configs, remote assistance and other trouble shooting skills are highly desirable.
