Since Christmas is upon us, it is my duty to offer you a few free tips to help you find the nerd within.
Some of these are from the past and some are new.

  • If you're a keyboard shortcut user, you most likely know that you can delete an Outlook Express message if you select the message and press Delete. However, you may not know that you can also press Ctrl + D to delete a message. This way you won't even have to move your hands away from the normal keyboard position.
  • If you are surfing the web and you start to feel that carpal tunnel (we wont ask why), then go ahead and remember a few simple tips:
    • F5 to refresh the window
    • F6 to highlight the address bar
    • BACKSPACE to move back one page
    • ALT F4 to close the page.
