Business Developments
Great news from our friends over at Time Warner
RoadRunner! We have been selected to provide the
very best in security fixes to all RR customers. If you unknowingly shoot out SPAM, have a virus, play around with spy ware and no longer know how to remove it, call RoadRunner customer service
and if they are not able to fix it over the phone,
the customer service agent will schedule for a
Cowabunga! engineer to pay you a visit.
Seriously, how cool is that!?

Service Upgrades

We will be upgrading iav.com this month to
better improve our service to you! What we
mean by upgrading is that outside of the
regular maintenance, we will also be adding
in new pieces of hardware! This is a tremendous
investment for us but an important one. We want to
make sure our customers are able to enjoy their
internet experience. We will be taking the system
down for maintenance and will be giving you
further information on this as well!

MOPEDS! Motorized Pedals. What do mopeds and
grenades have in common? The same inventor! And
what does this have to do with a computer newsletter?
As you know, our cars have been all over the island

servicing our customers (www.cowmobile.com). Now, for our Honolulu customers, we offer even quicker rapid response with our mopeds. We are awaiting our first delivery of mopeds. These mopeds will have our trademark cow patches as well as a special bin to carry tools and even have the opportunity to transport computers!

We are pleased to announce the completion of the State of Hawaii's
Med-QUEST Division website (www.med-quest.us). Keeping four target audiences in mind, this informational site was designed to provide information on service eligibility, provider resources, sensitive HIPAA procedures and RFPpostings. If you would like us to design a website for you, please give the web department a call at 949-6888.

Being that we live in Hawaii and pidgin is the official language, how many times have we attempted to
pitch a proposal or tried to send off an introduction letter only to be told "li' dat" is not acceptable
language? Have no fear. Rather than highlighting and hitting the SHIFT F7 key (Thesaurus), you can
go ahead and just right click on the word you want to find a replacement for and scroll down to suggestion.
Once you get there, a whole list of words should be there that you can change it to. If you don't have
this, then maybe you can upgrade to OFFICE 2000 or XP. Let us know and we would be happy to
do this for you. And remember, if you right click "whatchu like?" Trust me, you won't get a suggestion.
